Walk into your audit with the paperwork already done
For small and mid-sized organisations certified to ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. KimonComply keeps the records your auditor asks to see in one place, in plain English.
£10 plus VAT per ISO standard per month, however many people use it. See pricing

Keeping ISO certification is mostly paperwork
Between audits, the evidence lives in spreadsheets, shared drives and people's inboxes. When the auditor is due, somebody spends the week before chasing it, and hopes nothing has gone out of date.
From setting up to audit day
1. Tell us about your organisation
Answer a few plain questions about what you do, and choose ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or both. KimonComply then shows you what your auditor will want to see.
2. Answer the questions, or hand them on
Each part of the standard becomes a question in plain English. Answer it yourself or hand it to the colleague who actually does that job.
3. Keep it up to date and hand it over
Registers, documents, internal audits and the fixes that follow all live in one place. When your audit is due, you turn them into the audit pack your auditor reads.
What it looks like
These are real screens from our demo company, Brackmoor Precision Engineering. The company is made up, so nothing here belongs to a real customer.

Every change is written down
KimonComply records every change with who made it and when. A record cannot be quietly edited or deleted, so you can show your auditor how each record came to be what it is.
What it costs
ISO standards
£10plus VAT per ISO standard per month
The same price for every standard. As many people as you like.
Questions people ask first
How many people can use it?
As many as you like. You pay for each standard, never for each person.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. Every price we show is plus VAT. UK organisations pay VAT on top. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no UK VAT, and an EU organisation needs one to buy. Everywhere else, no UK VAT is added.
Is my data kept in the UK?
The application and its database run on a server in Manchester, in the UK. Files you upload are stored in the EU, and our emails are sent from the EU. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is not limited to the UK or the EU and holds only what a payment needs. Everything travels encrypted, and uploaded files are encrypted where they are stored. The database is not yet encrypted at rest, and this answer will say so until it is.
Do I need to know about ISO to use it?
No. KimonComply is written in plain English for people who have never read a standard. The questions your colleagues see use no ISO words at all.
Can my auditor see it?
Yes. You can hand your auditor the audit pack as a PDF, or send them a read-only link so they can look without changing anything.
