How KimonComply works

This is the whole product, in the order you use it over a year. Every picture is a real screen from our demo company, Brackmoor Precision Engineering, which is made up.

1. Set up and choose your standard

Tell KimonComply what your organisation does, and choose ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or both. The guided journey then shows you what to do first and what can wait.

2. Answer the questions

Each part of the standard becomes a question in plain English. You answer it with what you already do and attach what shows it. You can hand a question to the colleague who does that job.

Two views of the same records

Your colleague sees only the questions handed to them, with no ISO words. You see how every answer counts towards the standard.

3. Keep your registers and documents

Registers hold the lists your auditor checks, such as your approved suppliers. Documents keep every version, who approved it and when it is next due for review. Every change is recorded with who made it and when.

4. Run your internal audits

Plan an audit, carry it out against a checklist, write down what you found, and issue the finished report.

5. Fix what was found

Each problem becomes a finding with someone responsible for it. It stays open until the fix is done and somebody has checked that the fix worked.

6. Hand over the audit pack

When your auditor is due, turn your records into one pack they can read as a PDF, or send them a read-only link.

Try it on your own records

You pay for each ISO standard you work to, never for each person, and you do not need a card to start.
